Terms and Conditions for the Refer a Friend Promotion

Effective Dates: Valid from 8/09/2025 to 30/11/2025 inclusive. 

Standout Finance is pleased to offer a $500 referral reward for each successful referral that results in a settled loan amount over $300,000 through Standout Finance. By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

- The referral program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally able to participate.

- Referrers and referred individuals must be Australian residents. 

- Referrers do not need to be current clients of Standout Finance to participate.

- Referred individuals must be new clients who have not previously contacted or engaged with Standout Finance.

- Referred individuals must be approved for and settle a loan amount of $300,000 or more to qualify. 

2. Referral Process

- The referred individual must mention the referrer’s full name and phone number during their initial consultation with Standout Finance.

- By providing these details the referred individual is consenting to the referrer being informed of the outcome of their loan application.

3. Reward Criteria

- A referral reward of $500 will be issued only after the referred individual:

- Applies for a loan equal to or exceeding $300,000 using Standout Finance and 

- Successfully settles that loan through Standout Finance.

- The reward will be issued only once per referred individual, regardless of the number of loans settled.

- There is no limit to the number of individuals you can refer.

4. Payment of Reward

- Rewards will be paid within 30 days of loan settlement.

- Payment will be made via direct deposit into the referrers nominated bank account.

5. Program Limitations

- Self-referrals are not allowed. You cannot refer yourself.

- If multiple people refer the same individual, only the referrer whose details are provided first will be eligible for the reward.

- Standout Finance reserves the right to verify the identity and relationship of both the referrer and referred party.

- Standout Finance reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if fraudulent, unethical, or suspicious activity is suspected. 

6. Modification or Termination

Standout Finance reserves the right to modify or terminate this referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Changes will not affect referrals already in process.

7. Disclaimer

This referral program is not a guarantee of payment. Referral rewards are contingent upon loan settlement and eligibility verification. This program does not create any form of employment, agency, or partnership between the referrer and Standout Finance.
